POLYJUICE POTION

This rum is a complex and time-consuming concoction handcrafted to a secret recipe by our master distiller. Fermented for 21 days with slow-working yeast and distilled in our round pewter pot stills, our spirit is then aged in Russian oak casks for precisely four years and 1 month to perfect our signature full-bodied flavour. A true testament of time, no two bottles of NOON will taste quite the same. Anything can be anything if you just give it time.
